The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with dining area, a hallway, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom. It also includes a yard in front of the house and parking spaces behind the house. The apartment has a separate entrance.

The price is based on the number of occupants, 300 € per month for 1 person, and 500 € for 2 persons. Utility costs are not included in the rent and are paid based on consumption with meter readings. A security deposit equal to one month"s rent is required, serving as a guarantee for damages and utility costs. At the end of the lease, the deposit is either offset as the final rent or returned if all expenses are settled.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with a front yard area, and space to park 1-2 cars behind the house, ensuring privacy. Currently partially furnished, the remaining part can be arranged in agreement with the tenant.
