The charming stone beauty is located in the center of a small Istrian town within easy reach of all amenities, only 3 km from the well-maintained beaches.
The house is not free-standing, it is connected only on one side to another house. The house was built before 1968 and was renovated in 2022, and equipped with furniture and equipment.
There is also a swimming pool in the garden, as well as an outdoor grill and parking spaces.

It consists of three floors: ground floor, first floor and high attic. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a kitchen, a large living room with stone and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms (one larger and one smaller) and a bathroom. The larger room leads to a spacious balcony with an open view of the sea and nature, and is connected by external stairs to the garden.
In the high attic there are two more bedrooms (one larger and one smaller, without a terrace), and a bathroom.

Heating/cooling is regulated by air conditioners, while in the living room there is a fireplace for a winter atmosphere. The house is sold with furniture and equipment!
