The apartment is located in a building constructed four years ago, with one outdoor parking space of 12.50 m² belonging to it, as well as a shared pool for use.

Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment.

The apartment is rented out furnished.

The monthly rent is 1000€ + utilities.

When signing the contract, a deposit equivalent to one month"s rent is required in addition to the rent.

An agency fee is paid once, equivalent to one month"s rent + VAT.
