Here is a detailed overview of the models: Classic Model Key features: Revenue sharing:  Rental income is shared equally between Falkensteiner and the owner after deducting a 15% third-party commission. Flexibility:  There are no restrictions on own use of the apartment within this model. Seasonal benefits:  Owners can use their apartment even during peak season (from the last Saturday in June to the first Saturday in September), provided it is not rented. Leisure Model Key features: Annual return: Guaranteed return of 3% on the net price of the apartment and furniture. Duration:  Maximum 5 years of participation in the program.
