Prices per square meter in the municipalities of the county of Istarska

During May 2025, the asking price for properties for sale in the county of Istria was highest in the municipality of Rovinj, with € 4,634 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the municipality of Sveta Nedelja, with an average of € 2,716 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the county of Istria was highest in the municipality of Kaštelir-Labinci, with € 19.07 per month per square meter. The lowest price, instead, was in the municipality of Karojba with an average of € 8.51 per month per square meter.
