Kaiser Immobilien is selling building land for the construction of a tourist resort that will cover an area of 53,500 m2. The resort is designed as a single unit of holiday and recreational houses or for the sale of each villa separately, i.e. each plot of land separately.

25 buildings can be built on Stancija Glavica, of which:
- 22 villas with swimming pools,
- 3 business-residential buildings,
- sports and recreational area.

37,500 m2 is planned for the construction of villas (building land), 10,500 m2 is planned for sports and recreation, which is also building land, and about 5,500 m2 is agricultural land.

Residential buildings (villas) are 200-300 m2 in gross area.
Commercial and residential buildings are 350-400 m2 in size, of which:
- building A): mini market, restaurant, business premises (reception and two apartments on the first floor).
- building B): business premises for recreation – Wellness – SPA center, and two apartments on the first floor.
- building C): business premises – fitness and two apartments on the first floor.
- plot sizes range from 750 m2 to 1600 m2.

Currently, there is a building permit for one villa and a construction site has been registered. Building permits were obtained for other villas, however, they have expired, so a different project can be made on the land. The company that owns the land in question is for sale, however, the land itself can also be purchased"

The location for this resort is located in central Istria near the town of Pazin.
