An authentic stone house with a swimming pool and jacuzzi is located in the very center of the beautiful stone village of Vrbanj. It has been completely renovated in a retro style, with shabby chic details, and is designed as a place for relaxation and enjoyment, from which, given its contents, you do not need to go anywhere. Or as another option, it can serve as a starting point for exploring the surrounding forests, beaches, bays and wonderful local dishes and wines in many authentic taverns. Vrbanj is located almost in the very center of the sunniest island in the Adriatic, Hvar. It has excellent transport connections to Jelsa, Stari Grad, Sveta Nedjelja, Vrboska, Zavala, Hvar and Sućuraj. It is only 3 km from the sea and can be reached by bike in 15 minutes to Stari Grad or 10 minutes to Jelsa or Vrboska. Upon entering the Villa's courtyard, under the old stone vault, a large swimming pool will greet you on the left. Below you will come to two rest areas, a lounge area for relaxing by the pool and an area with a handmade fireplace and a wooden canopy for socializing with friends. On the ground floor inside the house you enter the dining area with a large wooden table for 6 people and a handmade copper mirror. Right next to the dining room is a retro-style kitchen. You enter the living room through an old turquoise wooden door and you will find yourself in a spacious stone living room with antique furniture in a shabby chic style. There is a guest toilet decorated in the same style as part of the living room. From the ground floor, next to the dining room, through an opening in the floor, stairs lead to an oasis of the sea depths. The old water tank is fully adapted to rest for the soul and body, giving an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a mini kitchen, and a lounge area. The first room is the Oleander room with two single beds and hand-decorated wardrobes, bedside tables and headboards in the oleander style. There are also hand-sewn floral patterned curtains that give a touch of elegance to the Oleander room. The second bedroom is the Lavender room with a double bed 180*200, bedside tables and wardrobe, all with small Lavender details. On the 2nd floor is the largest bedroom (Olive room) with a walk-in bathroom. Both the floor and ceiling are wooden, and there is a feeling of a mountain hut, but with a touch of the Mediterranean due to the olive pattern hand-painted on the bed, chest of drawers and large wooden storage box. This is also the story of this Villa, which takes you from the depths of the sea to the mountain peaks, however you want to feel. This Villa is fully equipped and is sold with furniture. Each room has air conditioning, and in the living room and Dive & Relax zone, air conditioning is not needed during the summer since the stone of the house naturally keeps the temperature lower than the outside temperature.
