TERMS OF LEASE:

Common consumption costs: 3.50/m2, calculated every 6 months.

Electricity fee = 1.00 (in words: one euro) / m2 / month + VAT as a lump sum, and twice a year he will pay the difference according to the semi-annual calculation of actual electricity consumption. The calculation will be made in the sum according to:
a) according to the consumption of the meter installed for the specified space
b) according to the proportional share of the size of the leased object to the size of the total leased space of the business building.
Water consumption fee = 0.10 (in words: ten cents) / m2 / month + VAT as a lump sum, and twice a year the difference will be paid according to the semi-annual calculation of actual water consumption. The calculation will be made proportionally to the share of the size of the leased object to the size of the total leased space of the business building.
The price of electricity, water and utilities consumption ultimately amounts to approximately 2.5, depending on electricity consumption.
Parking price: outdoor parking space 50.00/month,
All prices are expressed in net amounts.

OTHER CONDITIONS:
Payment of rent and common consumption costs: for the relevant month within 15 days from the date of invoice,
Security deposit: deposit in the amount of three months' rent and common consumption costs, plus VAT,
Start of lease: as agreed and signed by the tenant
Lease duration: we prefer a 5-year contract, with the possibility of termination at any time with a 6-month notice period - all as agreed
