Country house Lipovšćaki 14, Bosiljevo

House for occasional stay in a quiet location on the edge of Gorski kotar. Built in the late 1980s, it consists of a ground floor and an attic, with floor dimensions of 6 x 8 m. The floors and ceilings are wooden, the exterior walls are made of block brick, and the foundation and upper cornice as well as the corner columns are made of reinforced concrete.

The house is connected to water supply and electricity and is legalized. It is located in the municipality of Bosiljevo, about 4 km from the exit of the Zagreb – Rijeka highway. It is approximately 7 km from the Kupa River and the Lešće Spa on the Dobri River.

There are conditions for building a pool on the property. A source of drinking water is located 150 m away, and buried cable and water pipe have been installed to the property.
