The property has comprehensive project documentation (conceptual and main project - architectural, structural, water supply and sewage, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and ventilation), location permit, and confirmation of the main project - certified by the Administrative Department for Construction and Spatial Planning of Brod-Posavina County.
