- min. distance of the building (building line) from the regulation line is 5.0 m, unless greater values are specified by the Public Roads Act
- the plot must have vehicular access with a minimum width of 5.0 m
- parking must be provided on the plot in accordance with the conditions from Article 46
- at least 20% of the plot area should be arranged as protective and decorative greenery, using predominantly native plant species.
