The property is subject to VAT, which means that the buyer does not pay real estate tax, which reduces the total cost of the purchase.

The entrance is via a shared staircase. There is no private access like with houses or ground floor units, which can be an important detail for some buyers in everyday use.

With seaside properties, the view and distance from the coast are usually the first things that determine long-term value. Here, both items are already solved, and new construction allows for moving in without additional construction work.
