Stone house in a row (two entrances) in a very attractive location, situated near the Trogir bridge on Čiovo, surrounded by well-maintained stone houses, in the very old core of this historic Mediterranean town. It is estimated that the house has as much as 500 years of history. The total area is approximately 140m2 divided into four floors: The ground floor is used as a tavern with a Dalmatian fireplace, equipped with a bed and has its own bathroom. The first and second floors have the same layout, each representing a studio apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and another separate bedroom. The first three floors are approximately 40m2 each. The third floor consists of a closed, fully equipped summer kitchen (approximately 20m2) and a terrace with a sea view. The fourth floor is essentially a roof terrace of approximately 30m2, with an open view of the town and the sea. The floors are connected by internal spiral stairs. The house has been renovated in stages over the last 19 years, with the owners emphasizing the preservation of originality by using exclusively solid oak wood, stone, and granite in the decoration. The plumbing and electrical wiring have been changed, and concrete slabs and insulation have been installed in the floors. All furniture is custom-made. Additionally, the house is connected to the city water supply and sewage system as well as the electrical grid, and it also has solar panels for water heating. Nearby are shops, numerous restaurants and cafes, a bus station, ACI marina, ATMs, etc. Trogir, a town under UNESCO protection, is considered the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic town in Central Europe. The castle and tower surrounded by walls make up the core of Trogir. The most significant cultural monument is the Trogir Cathedral, whose western portal was made by master Radovan.
