We are mediating in renting agricultural land in the village of Trnova, Dubrovnik hinterland.

The land area is 2,500 m². The plot is of a regular, almost square shape and has access road/way on three sides. There are 6 fields suitable for agricultural cultivation on the land.

The land is suitable for various agricultural purposes, including planting, family farms, gardening, olive grove, vineyard, and similar activities, and it can also be used as parking space.

Long-term lease is preferred, with a minimum contract duration of one year.
Tenants willing to pay the rent annually are given priority.

Rental price: 280 € per month.

Agency commission is equal to one monthly rent + VAT.
