Krk Island, Vrbnik, surrounding area, land for a campsite of 63,000 m2 is for sale or lease. The planned building is intended for hospitality and tourism, a campsite with accompanying buildings and facilities. The campsite consists of the main facilities, which include: accommodation units, reception, shop, sanitary blocks, swimming pools, vehicle and pedestrian roads, parking spaces, camper service, as well as accompanying facilities, which include: a birdwatching tower, bora wind lookout, children's playground, theatre, barbecue area, eco corners (waste disposal) and landscaping. The campsite is planned to be arranged with 188 accommodation units, i.e. the campsite capacity will be around 570 beds, namely: 99 camper pitches, 72 mobile homes, 16 apartments in bungalows.

The investor in this project has the option of choosing between two approaches: purchasing the land with a building permit and independently constructing the campsite, or entering into a long-term concession.

A final building permit has been issued, together with the accompanying necessary designs and studies.
