Agricultural land for Sale

Pašman, Tkon, an olive grove with 15 well-maintained olive trees is for sale. Vehicle access is arranged. It is close to the main road, yet separated from it. The terrain is almost flat, with a very slight slope to the south. Parking is at the end of a dead-end side road, immediately in front of the entrance to the olive grove. Cars can park one behind another, but with a certain investment it is possible to significantly expand it and make a turning area on land owned by the Republic of Croatia. It is mostly bordered by dry stone walls. An almost regular square with an area of 522 m2, with sides approximately 23 m long.

The sea is 750 m away by an asphalt road in Triluke Bay. The olive grove is located directly on a partly asphalt and partly concrete road, two and a half (2.5) km from the center of Tkon towards Triluke Bay.
