Single-family detached house 180 m², to be refurbished, Nerežišća

In the peaceful and authentic ambiance of Nerežišća on the island of Brač, there are two stone houses in a dilapidated state with accompanying auxiliary buildings.

The property is located on a building plot with an area of 732 m, while the total footprint area of the existing buildings is approximately 180 m. The buildings were constructed before 1968, which provides the future owner with the possibility of reconstructing them within the existing dimensions, or developing the property through new construction, depending on the applicable spatial planning conditions.

A special value is represented by the spacious building plot that offers various possibilities for arrangement and development, whether for the construction of a family house, a holiday home, or another suitable facility.

Access to the plot is provided by an asphalted road, while the connections for electricity and water are located immediately next to the plot.

The property represents an interesting opportunity for investors and buyers looking for a project for renovation and the creation of a quality property in one of the most famous and authentic places on the island of Brač.
