The main design documentation for the battery storage system is in its final preparation phase, with the necessary permits expected to be obtained by early 2027 at the latest.
A 35-year building rights agreement has been concluded for the land on which the solar power plant is planned, providing the contractual basis for the project's construction.
The subject of the sale is 80% of the ownership interest in the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) holding the project. The sale is conducted through a process of collecting offers from interested investors.
