Sutivan is a smaller and quieter place than neighboring Supetar, with a harbor, a promenade along the sea and restaurants on the waterfront. The first restaurant is 300 meters from the villa, and the nearest beach is 550 meters away. There are three more pebble beaches within two kilometers. You don't need to get in a car for everyday needs.

It takes about ten minutes to drive to Supetar and the ferry to Split, and in summer there is a high-speed boat from the Sutivan port to Split. Brač Airport is 34 km away, and Split Airport is 47 km away. There are five parking spaces on the plot, two of which are covered, and an electric car charger.

The gross area is 270.35 m. The net indoor area is 191.48 m, of which 86.47 m is on the ground floor and 105.01 m is on the first floor. According to the use permit from July 2026, the house is a semi-detached building with one residential unit, energy class A. Ownership is 1/1.
