Terraced house 2 rooms, Dobrinj

Krk Island, Dobrinj, an authentic house in the old center of Dobrinj. The house is, in fact, a three-story end terraced house, with a total area of 115 m2. It consists of an entrance with a small terrace leading into a hallway from which you enter the kitchen and living room. From the same entrance area, stairs lead down to the basement, where there is a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor there is a small hallway that separates two bedrooms. From the hallway on the first floor, spiral stairs lead to an uncovered terrace that extends over the entire surface of the house. The terrace is enclosed by a wall, and one part is enclosed by a new hand-forged fence. The terrace offers an open, permanent view of the sea and Soline Bay. The house also has a separate entrance to the tavern / cellar. The structure between the floors of the house is concrete. The house is in excellent condition, well preserved and maintained. It has great potential both for living and for tourism.
