We are renting out a two-bedroom flat located on the third floor (in the attic) of a small residential building without a lift.
The living area of the flat is 70m2, and it consists of a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loggia with a view.
The flat includes one garage parking space.
There is an option to rent an additional parking space for an extra 100 EUR per month.
Pets are not allowed.
