A house is available for rent, in the form of a two-storey apartment with its own yard and swimming pool. The apartment is rented long-term, with a minimum period of 12 months.

The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and living room, and a terrace with access to the yard and garden. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The house is equipped with air conditioning and a pellet stove.

Tenants have the right to use the swimming pool located in the yard, and two parking spaces are also included.

The monthly rent is €950 plus utilities (electricity, water and garbage).

When signing the contract, the tenant is required to pay three monthly rents in advance, which apply to the last three months of the first year of rent (months 10, 11 and 12). The remaining rents (months 1–9) must be paid monthly, no later than the 5th day of each month.
