Casa unifamiliar 25 m², Korčula

Trapezoidal land near Vela Luka, overlooking the sea on its south side. The plot has an access road, while electricity is 100 meters away. On the plot there are three smaller houses of approx. 5, 10 and 15 m2, of which two; 10 and 15 m2 connected, while the house of 5m2 is across from the other two and serves as a toilet. Since this is agricultural land, additional construction on this plot, as well as on the surrounding ones, is not possible, which leaves the possibility of a peaceful stay, without noise and crowds. It is only possible to reconstruct the houses in the existing dimensions and get a smaller building with an area of approx. 25 m2.
