The family house with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding islands is located on the island of Prvić in the Šibenik archipelago.
The house, which is 164 m2, is located on a gentle hill in a quiet part of the village, on the land of 296 m2 of surface, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and spacious terraces that, in addition to the view, allow you to enjoy life on the island.
The interior of the house is divided into two levels.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room and a living room leading to a spacious terrace.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with beautiful views and a balcony.
On the first floor, there is also a small kitchen that the owners use as a summer kitchen, as it has an exit to the terrace on the north side of the house.
There is an unobstructed view of the sea and the neat surroundings from the roof terrace of this beautiful house.
The island of Prvić enchants with its authentic places, Šepurina and Luka, kilometres of promenade along the sea and through the pine forest in the middle of the island, natural and landscaped beaches. The island's specific atmosphere is due to no car traffic on the island. There are, however, grocery shops, coffee shops and excellent restaurants.
Prvić is a 15-minute drive away from Vodice, via the regular state shipping line, and 45 minutes from Šibenik, the county centre.
The pier is just 150 metres away from the house and besides the regular line, taxi boats are also available.
