Manor house – Venetian rural “casino”

The other buildings, although in poor condition and without roofs, testify to the rich history of the estate – with circular pens for animals, high chimneys, watering troughs, cisterns and ruins of village buildings.

In addition to its historical and aesthetic value, Stancija offers extraordinary opportunities for tourist valorization. The complex has basic infrastructure – an access road, a connection to the water supply network, a preliminary contract with Elektroistra for the supply of 40 kW of electricity, and a suitable terrain morphology for the construction of a phytoremediation plant for wastewater treatment.
