On the first floor there is a large apartment of 150 m2 consisting of an entrance hall, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with access to the balcony. The yard is functionally designed as a common space for a pleasant stay for all tenants (barbecue, pergola, socializing area, garden). The house has five outdoor parking spaces and one garage. In the past, Medulin was a small fishing village, but it has developed into a modern tourist center. Obla is beautiful and offers the possibility of having a great time both because of the nature and because of the many facilities that can make your vacation active. The city is known for its beautiful pebble, sandy and rocky beaches, the most famous of which is Bijeca beach. Due to its convenient location, you can enrich your stay in Medulin with trips to Pula, Brijuna and many other interesting locations within a short distance of this beautiful town.
