The house is located in a side street, away from the noise and crowds, only 60 meters from Stradun, the most beautiful street in town. It consists of 5 floors and each floor has 43 m2 of net area (215 m2 in total). The floor in the basement has a separate entrance and there is a large room and a space where long ago there was a well in which the owners planned to make a wine cellar. This space can be easily converted into business space, which is an additional plus for the property.
