We mediate the sale of a unique house in the design phase, which allows the buyer to participate in the selection of materials, as well as the appearance itself.
The house will be located on a plot (it has a building permit) of 500 m2, it will have two floors - ground floor and attic. The construction will be made of wooden spruce logs.
On the ground floor there would be a large living area with a kitchen, one room, a bathroom and a storage room, and on the first floor two more bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a sauna on the ground floor.
