Our agency commission is 3% (increased for VAT) for the seller and 3% (increased for VAT) for the buyer in accordance with the Act on Real Estate Brokerage. The amount of the brokerage fee may not exceed 6% of the purchase price of the property. M&M LEGAL reserves the right to change the amount of the mediation fee, which is precisely determined by the mediation agreement.
