It consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two of which are in the bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
The total living area is 150 m2 and it is located on a garden of 565 m2.
Underfloor heating "Vaillant", carpentry "Salamander" with triple-layered glass, Mitsubishi air conditioners, video surveillance. Quality materials were used during construction.
The furniture is handmade and made of solid oak. The interior walls are made using a special technique.
On the terrace there is a jacuzzi and a 32.5 m2 swimming pool in a mosaic with a waterfall, salt water and heating.
The barbecue is made of stone, and the entrance gates are specially ordered and uniquely made.

Dobrinj is a settlement and municipality in Croatia. It is located in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County on the northeastern part of the island of Krk. The municipality of Dobrinj also includes a large part of the eastern coast of the island of Krk, facing Crikvenica and Vinodol on the mainland, with which it has always been closely connected. The coast is indented, but apart from reefs and rocks there is only one islet - Školjić Veli. The most prominent feature on the coast is the shallow bay of Soline, almost a lake, with low shores on which three settlements are located: Klimno, Soline and Čižići. Other, much smaller bays are: Stipanja, where the largest municipal settlement is located, Šilo, Petrina, Veterna, Murvenica, Jazbina, Lončarica and Slivanjska.
