The upper floor has an additional bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace with a sea view. The terrace is not covered. In summer, this means more sun, but also the need for an awning or parasol if it is used throughout the day.

The apartment has one parking space and a 35 m2 garden. The garden has a covered terrace and a barbecue area. This part is most often used in the evening, when the temperature drops and the living room naturally moves from the apartment to the outside.

The two floors here are not just a layout on paper. In practice, they allow guests to separate the private area, which is useful for tourist rentals or when several family members are staying. The beach is accessible on foot, while a car is used for larger purchases and some of the facilities.
