Kaiser Immobilien presents a luxury project in Novi Vinodolski.

This is the largest luxury resort in Kvarner with a total of 304 residences that will be sold in stages of construction. We present a two-bedroom apartment with a total living area of 80.79 m2, and consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, entrance area and two balconies.

Each apartment will pay a reserve of 72e/net m2 annually or 6e/net m2 per month. The reserve includes the use of all resort facilities, maintenance of common areas, maintenance of interior rooms, repairs of any damage and building insurance (all-inclusive). The apartments are condominiums and each apartment will have its own meters, and the payment of utilities is based on consumption -> It will be paid to the residences' operational team, which will calculate all utility costs and charge each owner twice a year.

The apartments are sold unfurnished, and there are options for furnishing the apartments according to certain packages provided by the Movenpick Brand. The prices of furniture packages range from €35,000 to €45,000. The apartments are sold without parking spaces, and it is possible to purchase a parking space in a closed garage for €25,000.

Completion of construction and handover of keys is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

The resort is designed in such a way that future owners of the residences have everything in one place, from various beaches, wellness & spa treatments, heated swimming pool, restaurants, shops, gyms, sports fields, children's areas and numerous other facilities.
