PROJECT SPECIFICATIONSThe load-bearing structure is entirely reinforced concrete and consists of floor slabs, external and internal walls, as well as beams and columns in the basement level.
Partition walls are constructed using gypsum plasterboard with double-layer cladding on both sides.
The roof is designed as a non-accessible flat roof with a slight slope.
The façade is designed as an ETICS thermal insulation system, featuring 15 cm thick mineral wool insulation finished with silicate render.
Balconies are finished with ceramic tiles, while balcony soffits are clad in Alucobond composite panels. Balcony railings are made of transparent laminated safety glass.
All façade openings feature aluminium joinery with Low-E triple-glazed insulated glass, while roller shutters provide sun protection.
Apartment entrance doors are burglar-resistant, and interior doors are made of MDF with MDF door frames.
Floor finishes are adapted to the purpose of each area: ceramic tiles are installed in common hallways and staircases, while apartments feature premium three-layer parquet flooring and ceramic tiles in kitchens and bathrooms.
Heating and cooling are provided via a multi-split air-conditioning system with indoor parapet units and outdoor units located on the roof. Bathrooms are additionally heated by electric radiators, while domestic hot water is supplied by electric boilers located in the storage rooms.
