The house extends over two floors, where the ground floor is designed as a living area, i.e. a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a gym with a sauna and a bathroom, an additional toilet and a laundry room/storage room. On the upper floor are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious covered balcony of 30 m2 that offers stunning views.

The yard is completed with a 36 m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace, and an auxiliary building, also covered and designed as a summer kitchen. The remaining environment will be enriched with Mediterranean plants, a meadow, and parking for 3 cars.

Thanks to the slight elevation of the land, a wonderful view of the sea is already available from the ground floor, while the upper floor offers an even wider panorama of the sea and nature.

Maslinica is a recognizable luxury destination on the island of Šolta with a wide variety of facilities and a beautiful landscape with pine forests and hidden beaches, and an archipelago of seven islets borders it. The turquoise sea and the island near Split, Brač and Hvar make Maslinica an excellent location for exploring. The island of Šolta is not a very built-up place, so it is incredibly convenient for families and adventurers.
