Chalet, buono stato, 110 m², Privlaka

Original old Dalmatian stone house built at the beginning of the 20th century. It consists of a ground floor and an attic, and its total net area is about 110 m2.
In the lower part of the house there is a living area with a kitchen/dining room and a living room, as well as a bathroom and one bedroom. The center of the lower part is a large stone fireplace that reaches to the ceiling and divides the room into two parts. Internal wooden stairs lead to the attic where there are two spacious bedrooms (each 25 m2) and a toilet.
The yard of the house is also decorated in Dalmatian style with olive and fig trees. In front of the house there is a swimming pool (32 m2), outdoor shower and barbecue.
In its long history, the house has undergone several renovations, and the last one was in 2014, when it was completely renovated and adapted. During the renovation, the original stone of the house was used, the old walls (thickness 55 cm) and old bricks were preserved, and new massive beams were placed to support the attic, and the wood of old Slavonian oak was used. Old Slavonian oak was also usedto make most of the unique handmade furniture. During the renovation, the original niches in the kitchen and living room and the large arch above the bed in the bedroom on the ground floor were kept.
The house has been used for tourist purposes for 7 years and achieves outstanding results with over 120 days of occupancy per year.
