TRADITON KONTO-IMMOBILIA d.o.o. was established in Rab in the year 1992 with the purpose to provide clients of the lawyer's office Jengić with real estate buying and selling services. Rab ist situated in the business centre Mali Palit, in the pedestrian zone, on the 1st floor of the building D, across from the post office. BUSINESS HOURS From Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on Saturdays and holidays the real estate may be seen by agreement. PROFESSIONAL SKILL All employees are broad experienced in real estate selling. They have gotten required legal knowledge in the lawyer's office Jengić, they speak Croatian, German, English and Slovene and cooperation with certified court intrpreters has been agreed for clients from another language speaking countries - Italian, Hungarian and other languages. LINE OF BUSINESS KONTO-IMMOBILIA d.o.o. Rab is specialised in real estate trade on the area of the island Rab offering exclusively real estates - houses, apartments for which the lawyer's office has checked the data. The location or building permit has been obtained for building lands being offered respectively it has been checked that the land is in the building zone. OTHER SERVICES In addition to real estate buying and selling, we provide, by mediation of the specialized lawyer's office, for complete service from stipulation of contract to transfer of property rights to the customer with registration of title deeds. In case there is a question of foreign citizens, we provide for confirmations of the Ministery of Justice of the Republic of Croatia giving consent to foreign citizens to gain property right on real estate on the territory of the Republik of Croatia. By mediation of our part-staff memmbers, architects, civil engineers and experts, land surveyor, lawyers and notary publics, we render all services relating to providing with and development of papers required for construction. We provide for contacts with construction companies on the island Rab, organize supervision on construction and we extend all other services relating to construction and reconstruction of facilities on the island Rab.
