TT nekretnine is built on more than six years of personal experience in real estate, dedicated work, and the belief that strong client relationships begin with listening, honesty, and trust.
I work across Dalmatia, with a particular focus on the island of Hvar, Split and its surroundings, and the coastal area from Pirovac to Makarska. My knowledge of the local area helps me recognise each property’s distinctive qualities and connect it with buyers whose needs it suits.
Every property has its own story, and every client has different wishes and priorities. That is why I offer a personal approach, clear communication, and attention to detail — from our first conversation and preparing a property for marketing through viewings, negotiations, and completion of the sale. I want my clients to understand every step and know they have someone they can turn to with questions or concerns.
I take particular care in presenting properties through thoughtfully written descriptions, photography, and highlighting what makes each one special. Alongside advertising on property portals, I showcase listings on Facebook and Instagram under the name TT Real Estate. I also share useful information about buying and selling, property documentation, and topics that help owners and buyers make informed decisions.
Responsibility, discretion, transparency, and respect for my clients’ time and interests are the foundations of my work. I believe in realistic expectations, open communication, and keeping commitments.
Whether you are selling a property or looking for a new home, a holiday retreat, or an investment, TT nekretnine offers a professional, approachable service with personal dedication to your goals.
