Fantastic and unique 4-bed apartment on the 2nd floor of the
building of the iconic Zagreb architect Viktor Kovačić, the
father of Croatian modern architecture from the beginning of the
20th century.

The building was built in 1906/07. and represents the protected
cultural property of the city of Zagreb. In terms of its
architectural expression, it is characterized by simple and
clean forms, which in turn exude refinement and elegance, which
is a feature of most of Kovačić's other top works.

The apartment has an area of 182.50 m2 and occupies the entire
floor.

It consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with an
acces to a balcony, a kitchen with a pantry and an another
balcony, 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom with its own wardrobe),

The apartment was completely renovated in 2004. when all gas,
water and electrical installations, ceilings and floors were
changed, and new steel beams were installed. Doors were also
installed on 2 rooms which, according to the original layout,

out in such a way that a shower was added, and the apartment was

The external carpentry on the street side is original, but
thoroughly restored and excellently maintained, while new wooden

the focus of the view towards the courtyard side is towards
