In the municipality of Sukošan, in the Debeljak area, a modern semi-detached house with a pool is located.

The 230m² of living space is spread over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor.

The ground floor, decorated with high-quality travertine stone, consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area (approximately 50m²), a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in closet), a guest toilet, and access to a beautiful terrace paved with stone and featuring a pool. The distance to the city of Zadar is 16 km via the express road, approximately 15 minutes by car. The nearest beach, in Sukošan, is 6 km away or an 8-minute drive. This beach is part of the most famous marina on the Adriatic. The town center is within one kilometer, offering all necessary amenities for daily life.

Nearby Debeljak are Zadar Airport (5 minutes) and Marina Dalmacija (8 minutes). Debeljak has direct access to the A1 highway via the express road, and the Knin–Zadar railway line passes through the village.
