In Dramalj, 150 m from the sea and a few minutes' walk to the promenade along the coast, there is a 105 m2 apartment on the second floor of a new building, with two terraces, two bathrooms and one parking space. The building is under construction, completion is planned for July 2027. Payment is made in stages, 40% immediately, 30% upon completion of the unfinished building, 20% in the high unfinished building phase and 10% at the end. The disadvantage is that the apartment cannot currently be visited in its finished state, so the final feeling of the space will only be obtained after the work is completed.
Dramalj is a few minutes' drive from Crikvenica. For shopping and most amenities, a car is used, while the sea and promenade are accessible on foot.
In the late afternoon, the living room naturally moves to the terrace, without the need to adjust the space, because 105 m2 and the layout allow multiple people to use the apartment without disturbing each other.
