The house has been used for tourist rentals for many years, so it is equipped with all necessary amenities for everyday life, fully furnished, and air-conditioned.

There is also a yard with multiple parking spaces, terraces with seating area and a barbecue.

Utilities are not included in the rental price and are paid based on consumption.

In addition to the monthly rent, a deposit is required to be paid to the owner when signing the contract as insurance to cover any potential damages and unpaid utilities, etc., and it is either returned at the end of the contract or counted as the last month's rent.

The agency commission is paid once, equivalent to one month's rent + VAT.
