The project consists of two parcels, one with an area of 7,000 m2, and the other parcel extends over as much as 10,000 m2. The parcels are planted with grapevines of local varieties such as: kuć, bogdanuša, pošip, merlot, plavac.
In total, approximately 9,200 vines have been planted in several phases with a physical distance of about 800 meters.
Within the vineyard, there is a legalized building of 36 m2 – an apartment connected to the water supply and electrical grid.
On the building part of the land, which is approximately 1,500 m2 in size, there is a family house of 112 m2 with a beautiful yard, a wine cellar for grape processing and wine storage, and technical rooms. The first floor houses the wine cellar with production tanks and barrels for wine storage. The second floor contains the residential, finished part.
There is the possibility of adding another floor and an attic.

Access to the house is possible from two sides.
There is parking for 10 vehicles.

The old town is approximately 2 km away from the property.
