In Risica on the island of Krk, two semi-detached houses are for sale as a whole, with a total living area of 2 x 133 m², each with its own swimming pool, sunbathing area, barbecue and parking spaces within the garden. The price includes a 500 m² plot in front of the houses, which provides a permanent open view of the sea.

The houses are identical inside. The ground floor is organized as an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and pool, along with a toilet and laundry room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a wardrobe and two bathrooms, with a balcony and an open view of the sea. A bio pit is used for sanitary waste, with preparation for a future connection to the sewage system when it is brought through the settlement. The sea and sandy beach are about 1600 meters away, which are more convenient to reach by car or bicycle than on foot.

Two houses together give the buyer flexibility that one house cannot. One can be used for personal use, the other for tourist rental, or both for rent with separate reservations. Risika is a quieter place than the larger tourist centers on Krk, which means less seasonal noise but also stable demand from guests looking for exactly that type of vacation.
