The project is built using carefully selected, high-quality materials and reliable brands. Schüco aluminium exterior joinery is being installed, with a façade insulated using mineral wool. At this stage, underfloor heating can be extended throughout the unit upon request. The floors are covered with oak parquet and high-grade ceramics, while bathroom equipment includes sanitaryware by Hans Grohe and Geberit.

Completion is expected in mid-2027.
