Signing the contract with a notary public and filing taxes is mandatory.

Internet is possible at the request of the tenant, without contractual obligations for the apartment.

Payment of utilities and delivery of receipts is every month, and payment of rent by the 15th of the month for the current month.

The deposit is one rent, and is returned after the contract is terminated and the condition of the property is determined.

The tenant pays all utilities except the reserve amount.
