The house was built in the traditional Dalmatian style, with stone walls about 60 centimeters thick, which ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the year. On the upper floors there are wooden beams and a boat floor, while on the ground floor there is a wood-burning stove that further contributes to the pleasant ambience.

The terrace represents a special value of the property and provides space for relaxation and enjoyment in the Mediterranean environment.

The property is ideal for tourist rental, but also for your own oasis of peace on the island.
