The apartment on the second floor of a new building in Šilo is located on the highest level of the building, just 100 meters from the sea. There are no neighbors above, which makes the terrace and living area quieter all year round.

The top floor of a building usually attracts buyers who want peace and quiet and the absence of noise from above. The sea view and proximity to the beach remain the same as on the lower floors, but the silence here is an added value.
