The house consists of two spacious bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a double bed, an additional sofa bed and a large wardrobe. There is one bathroom and a spacious living area organized as an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room.

The dining room leads to a small terrace with a space for outdoor living and a barbecue.

The house has a new thermal facade with a thickness of 10 cm and PVC joinery, which ensures good thermal insulation and a pleasant temperature throughout the year. For heating and cooling, three highly efficient inverter air conditioning units have been installed - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
