A two-bedroom apartment of 79.55 m² is for sale in Njivice on the island of Krk, approximately 250 metres from the beach. Renovated in 2020 and sold fully furnished, it is already set up for immediate use. The building dates from 1983 and the apartment occupies the third floor of four.

The distance from the sea is short enough to make the car unnecessary for everyday trips to the beach. This matters most during the summer season, when finding a convenient parking space close to the waterfront can take longer than simply walking there from the apartment.

The kitchen provides plenty of worktop and storage space, while the separate pantry keeps groceries, beach equipment and seasonal items away from the main living and sleeping areas. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms. At night, only the bedroom in use can be cooled rather than running the air conditioning throughout the entire apartment.

All furniture is included in the asking price. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are already fully furnished, leaving the apartment ready to use without an additional initial furnishing expense.

There are two practical points to consider. The building has no lift and reaching the third floor means using the stairs every day, which may not suit buyers with limited mobility. The apartment also has no privately owned parking space. There is generally sufficient parking around the building, but spaces are not reserved and availability can be tighter during the busiest summer weeks.

Being approximately 250 metres from the beach reduces the importance of using a car once it has been parked near the building. Beach equipment, towels and other seasonal items also have a proper place in the pantry rather than taking up storage space in the bedrooms.
