Location of the apartment:

The apartment is located in a residential building with a total of 5 apartments. The distance to the sea is only 1.5 km and to the city of Poreč 10 km. The neighborhood is very quiet and tidy with residential buildings and private holiday homes. The town has a good infrastructure with restaurants and supermarkets.



Layout of rooms:

The living space is divided into two floors, in such a way that the main part of the apartment is located on the first floor of the house, and the upper part of the apartment is located on the second floor, i.e. in the attic of the building.

To the right, the hallway leads to the kitchen and a spacious open living room with dining area. From the dining room there is an exit to a large covered terrace.

Via the stairs from the living room, you can reach the upper part of the apartment, where there is a nice gallery, another bathroom, two more bedrooms and a walk-in closet or storage room. There is a skylight above the gallery, which provides beautiful natural light and creates a very pleasant atmosphere.

Air conditioners are installed for heating and cooling the apartment. The floors are made of parquet and tiles. Furniture is not included in the stated price; by agreement and for an extra chargeit would be possible to acquire it with the apartment.
